Your refund, replacement and cancellation terms

Where possible, we will replace faulty items. Otherwise, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note, all garments of clothing must still have their original tags attached. Once a web order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Our delivery policy

We will endeavor to ship all products within one working day. All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK. Worldwide deliveries will be sent via registered courier and a tracking number will be provided via email after despatch.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are displayed on the product's page. Overseas customers will have a surcharge applied. This charge is calculated across your whole order, rather than on a product by product basis, which is why it cannot be displayed until you check out.
